This partnership brings together European and African institutions with the common goal of innovating and improving vocational training, responding to the needs of a constantly evolving labor market.

The Goals
The project aims to strengthen the link between vocational education and the labor market by developing training pathways that directly address the needs of businesses and improve students’ employment opportunities. At the core is the goal of building a strong network between schools and companies, promoting experience-based learning – such as internships and job shadowing – and updating teachers’ skills with more effective and inclusive teaching methodologies.
At the same time, the project looks to the future, supporting the digital and ecological transition, particularly in the electrical sector, through the integration of innovative technologies and sustainable practices. Special attention is also paid to the international openness of education, fostering transnational collaborations that enrich the students’ journey and contribute to an increasingly comprehensive and global preparation.
