This document is a core deliverable of Work Package 3. It presents a comprehensive digital Action Plan designed to strengthen the expertise of teachers, managers, and in-company tutors across Benin, Burkina Faso, and Cameroon.
By leveraging European expertise and detailed needs assessments, this plan outlines a structured methodology of job shadowing, training sessions, and coaching. It provides the necessary tools to enhance Work-Based Learning, drive digital and green transitions, and foster social inclusion within vocational training ecosystems.
Strategic Action Plan for the Internationalization of African VET Schools
This document is a core deliverable of Work Package 4. It summarises the state of play of internationalisation needs across Benin, Burkina Faso, and Cameroon, highlighting the current gaps in terms of institutional governance, strategic partnerships, and mobility management.
Building upon a rigorous diagnosis of local needs and capitalizing on proven European best practices in VET management, the action plan establishes a common strategic roadmap structured around governance, staff capacity building, enhanced mobility protocols, and digital “internationalization at home” initiatives. Ultimately, this deliverable serves as a practical tool to foster pedagogical innovation, forge sustainable partnerships, and directly boost the professional integration and employability of young learners.
