During these two days, discussions focused on the major components of the project:

• overall coordination and management
• dissemination and impact strategies

• strengthening pedagogical and managerial capacities
• developing innovative training modules in the electricity sector.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to define clear priorities for the coming months, harmonise practices and reaffirm the collective commitment of all stakeholders to steer the project towards its objectives in an efficient and sustainable manner. On this occasion, the partners also began discussing the mobility programmes from Africa to Europe that will take place in March 2026, in which the directors and an electricity trainer from each African VET centre will participate. This transnational meeting highlights the importance of structured cooperation between partners, while consolidating the European and African momentum of the VET-POWER project, and marks a further step forward in promoting quality vocational education and training tailored to the real needs of the electricity sector.
